What is GamerzClass?

GamerzClass is the absolute best of online coaching in e-sports. We have taken coaching videos to the next level. We create in-depth courses with some of the best gamers in the world. Having a GamerzClass at your fingertips will feel like a one-to-one session with your instructor.

Why GamerzClass?

GamerzClass is a new way of learning, bringing you world leading e-sport players right next to you. All courses feature leading e-sport players that want to help, support and evolve the gaming community. The courses are designed and produced to make you a better player.

How long are the courses?

Each course consists of 2-3 hours of video content and includes a PDF workbook for each course. In the designing of the workbooks, we worked closely with each instructor to create learning objectives that reflect the different episodes of the courses.

How long are the video episodes?

All lessons range anywhere from 5-25 minutes in length. Depending on the learning objectives, some lessons may be longer and some shorter.

Can I access the videos offline?

No, none of the videos are downloadable – but they are available at your account at any time, ready for viewing (and re-watching) at any time.


We have several different promotions running, but none of the coupons can be combined. Please be aware that each promotion has a unique code and can´t be combined with other promotions.

EDU Program

GamerzClass EDU program supports education and offers educational discounts on products to qualifying individuals. If you are a full-time student or teacher majoring in online gaming, please send us a copy of your current student/teacher ID. We will grant you access to our EDU program.

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password in two different ways.

1. You are logged in and want to change your password, simply to go “Edit Profile” and change your password under this tap.

2. You are NOT logged in and and have forgot your password, simply to the login section and reset your password. You will shortly receive a confirmation email where you can change your password.

How do I login?

In the top right corner of any page, you should see the words: "Sign In."

Click Sign In and a sign in authentication should appear in a pop-up. You can sign in with your Facebook account or enter your email and password. When you're done click on the "Sign In" button and you'll be all set.

You can create an account by clicking "Create an Account" in the sign in pop-up box.

How do I edit my profile?

To edit your profile head to the settings page page by clicking on your profile name in the top right corner and selecting "Settings".

How do I report a security issue?

If you've noticed a security vulnerability, please report it by sending an email to and we will be sure to check it out right away. Thank you in advance for bringing it to our attention.


We are sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfied with your course at GamerzClass. You have 7 days after you have purchased the class to be eligible to receive a refund. To submit a request for a refund you need to follow these steps: 

1. Send an email to with the title “Refund” and insert your username and phone number or Skype account. 

2. Together with you, we will set up a date where we can call and talk about why you would like a refund. This step is to help us improve to make our next gaming course better. 

3. After the call, we will then refund the amount back to your bank account. 

4. If the class was purchased through PayPal we’ll also need the email address associated with your PayPal account.

Am I allowed to share my account details?

No, you are not allowed to share your login details. Our intelligent software detects suspiscious account activity and your account can get locked.


Can I access the videos offline?

No, none of the videos are downloadable – but they are available at your account at any time, ready for viewing (and re-watching) at any time.

How do I adjust the video quaility?

You can adjust your video quality by using some of Video players customization options. Click on the gear icon at the bottom right corner of the video player, and you can adjust things such as Quality, Subtitles and Sound.

Why won´t the video load?

Sorry to hear that your video isn´t loading. Here are a couple of solutions to your problem:

1. Check your internet browser. Having a supported browser is the best way to access GamerzClass. We support Google Chrome 36+, Firefox 29+, Safari 6.1+, Internet Explorer 11+.

2. Check your internet connection. A weak connection (0-5mbit) may cause slow load time or long buffering time. Check your internet speed here.

3. Clear your cache history. Just clearing out some data and cookies may fix your issue.

4. Restart your browser and log out of your GamerzClass account.

My video keeps freezing

We're sorry you're having issues with the video player. To make sure we deliver the best solution we have a few questions for you:

What kind of device are you using? Is it on a mobile device such as iPad, iPhone, etc?

What browser are you using? We suggest using Google Chrome, Firefox, MS Edge, or Safari if you are on a Mac.Have you cleared your browser lately? Sometimes clearing your browser's cache will help to get the videos playing better.Have you checked your speed lately? You can check your speed by heading to For optimal performance of our videos in HD you'll need a 5 mb/s download speed. If you do not have 5 mb/s I would suggest lowering your display video quality to 360p. You can change the video quality by right-clicking on the video and selecting 360p from the drop-down menu.Is the video player loading on the page or do you see the video preview?Do any error messages appear on the page?If not, could you please include a screenshot of the issue or error?

How do I add subtitles?

You can turn on a video's CC's by clicking on the CC mark at the top left corner of the video. iOS mobile products can toggle CC's by clicking the text bubble icon button at the bottom right, and selecting English from the menu.
