TOTS prediction for Serie A

On Friday this week, we will get the fifth and final main league TOTS squad before the Ultimate TOTS, being Serie A. We have taken a look at 11 players we believe deserve a spot on the team. Let’s get into it!

Goalkeeper

Mike Maignan (93)
Starting off our Serie A TOTS prediction we have our first Milan player, Mike Maignan. Some absolutely incredible performances this year, and one where he has shown that he is one of the best Goalkeepers in the Serie A. With a total of 17 clean sheets in 32 games, and only 21 goals conceded, there is no doubt that this guy should get the GK spot. 

Defenders

Theo Hernandez (95)
For the LB position, we have chosen yet another Milan player Theo Hernandez. For yet another season, he has been an amazing LB for the team, both defensively and offensively, helping them score goals, along with getting tons of clean sheets. With a total of 4 TOTW cards, 5 goals, and 6 assists, this guy should be the LB. Could be an absolutely amazing card for us to use as well.

Kalidou Koulibaly (95)
For our second defender, we have picked Koulibaly. An absolute beast in the defense who can stand against most of the top-tier attackers in the league. With a great height and fast running, he has been an extremely important player for Napoli. Taking a deeper look at the stats, he has scored 3 goals, gotten 3 assists, and made nothing less than 84 clearances. What a performance.

Alessandro Bastoni (93)
We are now moving on to the first Inter Milan player of the prediction, being Bastoni. We had to include an Inter player in the defense because of the amazing season they had, despite just coming up short in the title race against Milan. Bastoni has helped keep loads of clean sheets, along with 3 goals and 4 assists. Not a lock like the others, but definitely a solid contender for the second CB position.

Juan Cuadrado (92)
For the fourth and final defender, we have Juan Cuadrado. Despite being 34 years old, this guy continues to be an amazing RB with a pace few others can compete with. With a total of 4 goals, 4 assists, a passing accuracy of 89%, and 30 clearances, we believe this guy will make it into TOTS for the third year in a row.

Midfielders

Milinkovic Savic (95)
Moving onto the midfielders, we have Milinkovic-Savic. For yet another year, he has been absolutely dominating the Lazio midfield with tons of great performances. With a total of 11 goals, 11 assists, 2 previous TOTW cards, and 40 clearances this guy should definitely make it into the team.

Nicolo Barella (93)
Yet another Inter player. For the second midfielder, we have Barella. With another amazing season and lots of upgrades for his Headliners card, he has been amazing for Inter. By looking at the stats, we can see he has scored 3 goals, assisted 12, and had a passing accuracy at 85%. Another player we should see.

Sandro Tonali (93)
For our third and final midfielder in the prediction, we have picked Sandro Tonali. Another player with loads of special cards, and lots of great performances. Despite being just 22 years old, he plays an important part in Milan’s midfield with a total of 5 goals, 2 assists, and a passing accuracy of 86%.

Attackers

Rafael Leao (97)
Moving onto the attackers, we are starting with the youngster, Rafael Leao. This year he has really proved his worth in the Milan attack, with 11 goals, 8 assists, and lots of great performances. Probably a solid one to use if EA decides to juice up the stats.

Ciro Immobile (96)
For the second attacker, we have a player that should get into the team for sure. The one and only Ciro Immobile. For yet another year, he has been an absolute goal machine for Lazio, with a total of 27 goals, and 2 assists in 31 games. Could be the highest-rated player on the team for sure.

Domenico Berardi (92)
The last player in the Serie A prediction is Domenico Berardi. Despite ending the season with an injury, this guy has been a high-quality wing for Sassuolo. With a total of 3 TOTW cards, 15 goals, and 14 assists, this guy should be a clear contender on the wing.
