Coach Zelonious: 4 Tips To Help You Win More Games In FIFA 21

Here they are;
Stop Performing Unnecessary Skill Moves
Skill moves are a great way to create space for a shot or a pass – but they are only useful when they are being executed for that purpose.
You see, throughout the course of the FIFA 21 cycle, there’s been a common theme amongst a large section of the game’s player base, whereby players perform skill moves for no other reason than to “showboat”.
Showboating might seem fun, but it increases the risk of losing the ball – and as any good FIFA player knows – losing the ball is the first step towards conceding unnecessary goals.
Hence, you should strive to only perform skill moves when they’re absolutely necessary, instead of utilizing them for no reason.
Take Your Throw-Ins And Set-Pieces Carefully
Throw-ins and set-pieces in general are a great way to earn a solid advantage in a match. They grant you an opportunity to retain possession and to score goals. However, as great as they are, throw-ins and set-pieces can also be detrimental to your team’s chances of winning a game, if you take them incorrectly.
For instance, if you take a throw-in incorrectly, you will end up giving the ball right back to your opponent – which opens you up to counterattack.
It’s a similar situation with free-kicks and corners too.
If you take a free-kick or a corner kick incorrectly and the ball lands with one of your opponents, there’s a high chance that they will get a clear-cut opportunity to score a goal because the vast majority of your players will be high up the pitch – leaving your team defenseless.

Being unpredictable is by far the most important tip for scoring goals in FIFA 21.
If you’re up against a skilled player – unpredictability will be your biggest asset.
It’s because skilled players can generally spot patterns in your play – so if you perform the same skill moves over and over again – and if you utilize the same attacking sequences over and over again – your opponents will learn to expect certain plays from you and defend accordingly.
Hence, make sure that you’re always switching things up when you step onto the virtual pitch.
For instance – if you execute a Berba spin on the flanks one time – try to attempt a roulette during another attacking sequence.
Or if you cross the ball on a couple of occasions – try to surprise your opponent by cutting inside on some other occasions.
Being unpredictable will give you an edge over your opponents in games. In fact, your level of unpredictability could be the difference between a win and a loss in most of your encounters with other players online.
Track Back With Your Midfielders
AI-controlled midfielders lack defensive awareness. They stand still while your opponents meander deep into your own half.
Hence, in a bid to provide your team with some much-needed defensive cover, you need to ‘player switch’ to your midfielders and get them to trackback.
If you defend with just your center-backs, you run the risk of dragging them out of position and presenting your opponent with a golden opportunity to score – so make sure you always defend with your center-backs.
