In this episode, Jensen analyzes the laning phase of two diamond ELO mid laners. The match-up is LeBlanc versus Ahri. It should favor LeBlanc early, but due to mistakes on both sides, nobody ends up winning the lane. Watching from LeBlanc’s perspective, Jensen notes that none of these players know their role very well and should pressure more. While Ahri is doing the right thing pushing the wave, LeBlanc isn’t, and that is a big mistake because he could be jumping in on Ahri’s face. When the wave bounces back, the diamond player’s mechanics are not up to par, so he ends up missing on a lot of damage and pressure. LeBlanc goes for a good trade but doesn’t perform her combo correctly, and in the end, the lane goes even when it shouldn’t.
