Lesson description

In this episode, Cr1t- shows the two types of timings position 4 heroes can have. Although the word timing might sound like it’s related to the actual in-game time, it’s more about the items and experience you receive. Whenever you finish an item, you get stronger, and certain items significantly increase the power of your hero. In the first example, we see how Cr1t- prioritizes farm over everything to get his blink dagger on Earthshaker. As soon as he hits his timing, he rushes into the team fight and lands a three-person echo slam, securing EG a massive lead. In the first example, he shows us what it looks like to play experience-based heroes like Shadow Shaman. As soon as he gets his timing (Level 6), he rushes mid and drops his ultimate on the tower to force rotations from the enemy team and successfully creates space for his cores to farm. Throughout the whole game, he drops his wards on cooldown at the enemy towers to keep creating space for his team. A lot of players don’t understand the importance of timings and will usually keep playing passively even after hitting a power spike.
